  • Refunds will be credited to your BetaProject.store wallet.

  • BetaProject.store reserves the right to cancel any fraudulent or suspicious orders and maintain a list of such users.

9. Return & Refund Policy

We offer a “no questions asked” return policy.

  • If you are unsatisfied with a product’s freshness or quality at delivery, it can be returned immediately.

  • A credit note will be issued for the returned product’s value and applied to your next order.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days through the original payment method.

10. Delivery & Shipping

  • Orders can be placed 24/7 on the website or app.

  • Same-day delivery: between 06:00 AM and 02:00 PM.

  • Free shipping is available for orders above Rs. 150.

11. User Agreements
