By giving a missed call or placing an order via any number published or used by BetaProject.store, users consent to receive calls, SMS, and other communications from BetaProject.store Pvt. Ltd. for promotional and telemarketing purposes within one week.

4. Orders and Delivery

• Orders are accepted 7 days a week.

• Deliveries are made the next day from the date of order placement, as products are procured fresh daily before dispatch.

• Orders placed before 11:00 PM will be delivered the next day or on the chosen delivery date.

5. Minimum Order Value and Delivery Charges

• The minimum order value is Rs. 200.

• There are no delivery charges for orders worth Rs. 200 or more.

• If, in special cases, an order value is below Rs. 200, a Rs. 40 shipping charge will apply.

6. Pricing and Invoicing

• Product prices are updated daily on the website.

• The price displayed at the time of order placement will be the price charged.

• In rare cases of incorrect invoice generation, BetaProject.store reserves the right to issue a corrected invoice, and the user agrees to pay the revised amount.

7. Weight and Quantity Variations

Due to the nature of fresh produce, exact weights may vary by up to ±5% of the ordered quantity. Users agree to pay the amount stated in the final invoice.
BetaProject.store strives to deliver exact quantities but guarantees a fair and reasonable variation only. If an item is unavailable or does not meet quality standards, it will not be delivered and will be adjusted in the final invoice.

8. Product Images and Quality

Images of fruits and vegetables displayed on the website are for illustration purposes only and may not exactly match the actual product in terms of size, color, weight, or contrast.
